FURNITURE ORDERS

Latson's Inc. has been providing mid market commercial grade office furniture to the commercial, governmental and educational markets in North East Texas since 1978. Our 500,000 square foot warehouse in Irving Texas delivers daily to each of our locations and allows us the ability to supply timely delivery of most any item. We also provide space planning services in addition to installations. Please contact us for more information on these services.

We ask that you please read the following BEFORE placing your furniture order and contact us with any question. We are eager to help you make your furniture purchase a pleasant experience.

RETURNS

We strive to employ a fair and flexible return policy. In general, any office supply item is returnable within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as it is in original packaging. After 30 days, or if original packaging is unavailable, a restocking charge may apply.

Office furniture is generally not returnable, unless due to defect or error on our part. Due to delivery cost involved in regard to furniture, we ask that you be very careful when ordering furniture and get correct stock numbers, verify colors, check product size to insure that it will fit, etc. Please contact us with all presale questions in order to prevent any mistakes.

ASSEMBLY

Items requiring assembly are noted in our printed catalog, as well as on our website. All prices are "unassembled" with the exception of Hon Brand files and chairs, which are priced, assembled. On certain items, we may offer assembly and/or installation at an additional charge. Please contact us prior to purchase with installation inquiries.
